No Cash-Out or Transfer
TransHero | EMYSTI LLC | Effective March 1, 2026
HeroPower can be used only for eligible TransHero functions. It has no monetary value, cash-out function, transfer function, or payment function.
HeroPower cannot be exchanged for cash, e-money, crypto assets, or points from other services.
Transfer to third parties, user-to-user transfers, resale, unauthorized distribution, copying, and pledging are prohibited.
Not a financial service
HeroPower is not a bank account, e-money, prepaid card, gift card, money-transfer service, remittance service, wallet, crypto asset, investment product, or financial product. Holding HeroPower does not generate interest, dividends, returns, rewards, or any cash-out claim.
No third-party goods or services
HeroPower can be used only for EMYSTI's own TransHero translation functions. It cannot be used for third-party goods, user-to-user transactions, donations, investments, game currency, gift cards, or cash-equivalent goods.
Account deletion
When an account is deleted, remaining HeroPower, including purchased HeroPower, expires and is not eligible for refund or compensation.
