TransHero | EMYSTI LLC | Effective March 1, 2026

EMYSTI LLC values the protection of TransHero users' personal information. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, third-party services, and user rights.

Information collected

• Optional account-linking information
• HeroPower purchase plan, purchase time, transaction ID, and payment status
• Voice data for speech translation or simultaneous interpretation (recordings are not stored on EMYSTI servers)
• Images for image translation
• Device information, usage logs, translation history, HeroPower balance and usage history

Purposes

• Providing translation services
• Managing HeroPower grants and consumption
• Payment processing and verification
• Quality improvement, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and customer support

Third-party services

External AI translation services may be used for translation processing. Stripe, Apple, Google, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and related services may be used for payment processing. Card numbers and Alipay / WeChat Pay authentication information are managed by the relevant payment providers.

Retention and rights

Information is retained only for the period necessary to provide the service. After an account deletion request, information is deleted within 30 days except where legal retention is required.
