Refund Policy / HeroPower Purchase Policy

TransHero | EMYSTI LLC | Effective March 1, 2026

General rule

HeroPower is a digital service-use point for TransHero translation services. As a rule, no refund is provided after purchase confirmation and HeroPower delivery.

HeroPower cannot be cashed out, transferred, sent, or resold between users. Purchases for refund, cash-out, or third-party transfer purposes are prohibited.

Exceptions caused by EMYSTI

HeroPower was not delivered after completed payment
HeroPower was incorrectly consumed or lost due to a technical issue
HeroPower could not be used due to service suspension caused by EMYSTI

Please contact us with purchase date, order number, Stripe payment ID, Apple transaction ID, or Google Play order number.

Stripe / Alipay / WeChat Pay refunds

Refunds for Stripe payments are processed under Stripe and each payment method's rules. WeChat Pay refunds are generally available only within 180 days from the original payment date. Alipay or WeChat Pay may not have the same chargeback process as card payments.

Apple / Google Play refunds

Refund requests under Apple or Google Play policies must be submitted directly to the relevant store. EMYSTI follows the store's decision.

Fraud or policy violation

For fraudulent payment, resale or unauthorized distribution of activation codes, cash-out or transfer-purpose purchases, EMYSTI may stop grants, cancel balances, suspend accounts, or refuse refunds.
