| Validity | Valid while the account remains active. Remaining HeroPower expires when the account is deleted. |
| No cash-out or transfer | HeroPower can be used only for eligible TransHero translation functions. It cannot be cashed out, assigned, transferred between users, resold, distributed without authorization, or pledged. It is not a bank account, wallet, remittance service, money-transfer service, or investment product. |
